Terms Of Service
Using the Two Brothers Moving site, or starting an estimate or booking through it, means these terms apply. Reading the site or hiring our team counts as your acceptance of them.
Scope Of This Page
Everything on this page is general context about how our moving service operates. On its own it forms no contract; the paperwork that actually governs your move is the estimate you sign off on together with the bill of lading.
Quotes And Reservations
- We base every estimate on the rooms, the belongings, the access at each door, and the dates you give us
- Local jobs bill by the hour or as a written flat rate, always with a two-hour floor
- The $100 you put down reserves your date and comes off the final invoice later
- If the real move differs from what you described, any change gets discussed with you beforehand
Protection And Liability
| Type | How it works |
|---|---|
| Released-value coverage | Comes standard, 60 cents for each pound of an item |
| Full-value protection | Offered for an added charge, cargo insured to $1,000,000 |
| Deposit | Locks your date, then credits the final bill |
| Remaining balance | Payable once the job is finished |
Report any loss or damage in writing inside the timeframe set by your moving agreement and applicable Colorado statutes, and our team will walk you through filing the claim.
